Francis Woodbury
Francis “Frank” George Woodbury, of Kailua-Kona died Sept. 23, 2013, at Kona Community Hospital. Born April 25, 1927, in Devonport, England, he retired as an airline regional customer service manager and he was a business owner.
Private services were held.
He is survived by wife, Janet Woodbury of Kailua-Kona; sons, Michael Woodbury of Lakeport, Calif. and Bruce Woodbury of Las Vegas; daughter, Jennifer Woodbury of Lake Oswego, Ore.; and two grandchildren.

Elizabeth Simeona
Elizabeth “Honey Girl” Pomaikai Simeona, 78, of Hilo died Sept. 18, 2013, at Hilo Medical Center. Born Oct. 17, 1934, in Hilo, she was a retired Staff Sergeant with the Women’s Army Corps and an employee of the housekeeping department at Hilo Medical Center. She was also a member of the Women’s Army Corps Veterans Association chapter 62 and the Wikiwiki Golf Club.
Private services will be held.
She is survived by brother, Wilmer (Va) Simeona of Honolulu; sisters, Rachel Mahuna of Hilo, Evelyn (Joseph) Pavao of Pepeekeo, Sharon Simeona, and Sandra Evangelista both of Hilo; numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Mary Frank
Mary Florentine Frank, 61, of Kailua-Kona died Sept. 27, 2013. Born Sept. 8, 1952, in Jonesboro, Ark., she was a service manager for Terminix.
Friends may call from 1 to 5 p.m., Oct. 5 at the Frank residence for a service.
She is survived by husband, Morris Frank of Kailua-Kona; son, James (Rebecca) Frank of Fredericksburg, Va.; brothers, Johnny Selman of South Carolina and Terry Selman of Virginia; sisters, Dorothy Gallaher, Dicie Woodard, Mamie (Roy) Brewer, and Jane Howard all of Collinwood, Tenn., and Deborah (Tommy) Miller of Acworth, Ga.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Debbie Stevenson
Debbie Ann Stevenson, 49, of Kaneohe, Oahu died Sept. 20, 2013, in Kailua, Oahu. She was born Oct. 25, 1963, in Honokaa.
Friends may call at 9 a.m. Oct. 8 at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary, East Chapel on Oahu for a 10 a.m. service. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe. Family requests aloha attire be worn.
She is survived by husband, David Stevenson; son, David Stevenson Jr. both of Kaneohe; daughters, Sheena (Jared) Carlson of St. George, Utah, Sierra Stevenson of Kaneohe, and Shanel (Jeffrey) Curtis of Honolulu; two grandchildren; mother, Conchita Padayao of Kaneohe; brother, Blake Tokushige of Waikele, Oahu; and sister, Theresa Macion of Waimea.
